Started my exercise regime for 2 days, so far so good. Except giving a break to my body today. Had been having sore muscles and stiff toes nowadays. Never in my life I thought I would end up in the way I am now. I mean, I never had problems with my weight when I'm wayy younger. I know I would be growing up tall, but never expect myself to be in this way though. Its never too late. I'm starting right now. Lost around 5 kgs from my heaviest weight. 8 more kgs to go. Calories never bother me last time. But now it did. Saw some disgusting way to lose weight in the TV and would like to share it here. make sure you don't read this after you eat.
